Quiet club — Membership app design
A membership app concept for activity booking and a digital pass, using ivory surfaces, forest-green accents and spacious cards.
Design concepts, not client projects. Screens are static mockups; names and data are illustrative.
The design brief
A warm, editorial direction for discovery, booking and belonging.
- Designed for
- Members exploring workshops and wellbeing activities, choosing a time and presenting their membership details.
- Constraints to consider
- Activity artwork needs space, while date, time, venue and capacity must stay close to the booking choice. The illustrated pass and sessions do not represent a real membership service.
The proposed journey
- 01
Activities
Illustrated activity cards invite slow browsing while categories remain easy to scan.
- 02
Choose a session
Illustrated artwork introduces the activity; time and venue form a quiet decision area.
- 03
Member pass
Membership identity and the next booked session appear together for later reference.
Why these design choices?
Design decision 1
The member pass is a separate destination, so access details do not interrupt activity browsing.
Design decision 2
Date, time and availability form a practical group beside the booking action.

Typography & spacing
Clear information. A considered next step.
Use an expressive serif for activity titles and a compact sans-serif for time, location and navigation.
Give activity imagery generous space; group date, time and availability beside the booking action.
Beyond the ideal state
No upcoming booking
You have no upcoming bookings. Browse activities to find a session.
Booking confirmed
Your place is booked. View the time and venue in your upcoming booking.
Session full
This time slot is now full. Choose another session.
Why separate the member pass from activity browsing?
A dedicated pass destination gives members a direct route to access details. Spacious activity cards favour browsing, while showing fewer sessions at once than a calendar list.
