Broken links
Pages that will not open, missing images and buttons that lead to the wrong place.
AI Website & App Monitoring
We check for broken links, misplaced products and conflicting information. AI flags possible issues, and our team reviews them and reports the findings with evidence and priorities.
Choose an example to see the problem and our suggested next step.
A kettle is listed under refrigerators. Check the category rules before changing its placement.
Human review before changesA reviewed issue list gives your team enough context to decide what to do next. Each finding distinguishes a confirmed failure from something that still needs checking.
The report keeps open issues and areas we could not check visible, alongside recheck results after your team makes changes. Priority and responsibility are agreed with your team.

For online shops, corporate websites and browser-based apps.
Pages that will not open, missing images and buttons that lead to the wrong place.
Misplaced products or conflicting details, checked against your approved information and category rules.
Layout problems and obstacles in the enquiry, booking or purchase steps we agree to test.
We check whether public pages can be indexed, review page descriptions and compare search-readable information with the visible page. These checks support search engine optimisation (SEO) and AI-search readiness (GEO).
Authenticated screens use agreed test accounts. Native apps need a separate device and testing scope. SEO/GEO covers public web content; rankings and AI citations are not guaranteed.
First, we agree what your website should show. Your product records and category rules give each check a reference.
The product type does not match the category rule
During onboarding, we agree which records to trust, which pages and journeys to check, and which exceptions to allow. These rules can be revised when your website changes.
A promotion or an agreed exception could explain the placement. AI flags the mismatch; a reviewer checks the context before recommending a change.
New products, campaign updates and software releases can introduce new issues. A recurring service keeps checks and follow-up work on an agreed schedule.
Your team adds products, changes content or publishes a software update.
We check the agreed pages and journeys. Checks after updates can be added where integrations allow.
We review the evidence and send your team prioritised findings and recommended next steps.
We recheck affected pages, keep unresolved items visible and continue with the next scheduled check.
During onboarding, we agree page coverage, languages, checking frequency, access and who receives findings. The report also identifies checks that could not be completed.
We establish category definitions, page purposes, authoritative content sources and permitted exceptions during onboarding. AI flags possible mismatches for review. A suspected content issue is distinguished from a confirmed technical failure; AI judgement can be wrong.
Your team or existing developer decides on and makes changes. technine.io provides reviewed findings, evidence and recommended actions, then rechecks affected pages within the agreed monitoring scope. Website changes and repairs are not included in this service.
Coverage and frequency are agreed in advance, including page volume, languages and selected journeys. Reports identify checks that could not be completed. SEO/GEO checks assess public website readiness; search rankings and inclusion in AI answers are not guaranteed. Observing AI answers can be scoped separately.
Authenticated journeys need agreed test accounts, permissions and safe test actions. Native mobile apps require a separate device and testing scope. SEO/GEO coverage applies to public web content. Onboarding also defines what information can be processed by AI and how evidence is retained.
Share your website or app and the pages or tasks you want checked. We will agree the monitoring scope, checking frequency and reporting arrangements.
