This visitor-management project supports mobile pre-registration through a WeChat Mini Program and on-site registration through a web portal on an interactive reception device. Visitors receive an entry QR Code for connected gates, while administrators manage form fields and review access records through a cloud portal.
WeChat mobile pre-registration
01Visitors scan a local QR Code to open the WeChat Mini Program without installing a separate application.
The Mini Program collects the configured identity and visit information.
After registration, the system generates an entry QR Code for use at a connected turnstile or gate.
On-site registration portal
02A web registration portal can run on the display of a connected reception or navigation device.
Visitors who cannot use the WeChat flow can complete the required form on site.
The on-site process generates the visitor entry pass after the configured registration steps are complete.
Administration and access records
03Administrators can configure registration-form content through the cloud portal.
The portal shows visitor entry records from connected access points.
