Self-service tennis practice booking and access system
This project connects lane availability, online payment and QR Code access for an indoor tennis practice venue. Players can choose an available lane and session length, while the venue links each paid reservation to the relevant entrance and practice lane.
Lane availability and checkout
01Players can review available sessions across indoor practice lanes equipped with automated ball machines for different training levels.
The booking flow lets the player select a lane and session duration before proceeding to online payment.
A reservation is confirmed after the required payment step is completed.
Time-bound QR Code access
02Each confirmed booking generates a QR Code for contactless entry.
Access rights are limited to the facility entrance and practice lane assigned to the paid reservation.
The QR Code follows the booked time window, so venue access does not depend on a physical key or staff check-in.
Venue administration and records
03Administrators can review lane use, block maintenance periods and adjust pricing by lane or time slot.
The booking system synchronises valid reservations with connected IoT door controllers and keeps a record of entry events.
Payment, package and booking records remain available through the administration portal for operational and revenue reporting.
