This member-facing portal provides online reservations for clubhouse facilities such as tennis and pickleball courts, barbecue areas and football pitches. Members can review availability before booking, while staff control facility rules, monitor schedules and create reservations on a member’s behalf.
Member facility reservations
01Members can review and reserve supported facilities, including courts, barbecue areas and pitches.
The portal shows available dates and time slots before a reservation is submitted. Each booking follows the conditions configured for the selected facility.
Booking reminders
02The system can send a reminder before a reserved time slot. Reminder timing follows the notification settings configured by the clubhouse team.
Members can refer to their confirmed booking information through the portal.
Facility rules and administration calendar
03Administrators can set operating hours, available slots, usage limits and booking conditions for each facility.
A calendar view helps staff review facility use and identify schedule conflicts.
Authorised staff can create or amend a reservation on behalf of a member following a phone or in-person request.
