Car park access and management system
This project combines licence-plate recognition, contactless access credentials, barrier controls and administration tools for a managed car park. Drivers can enter through an approved vehicle or credential, while property staff review entry images, parking groups, payments and system events through a central dashboard.
Vehicle and credential access
01The system can support long-range RFID cards, QR Codes, NFC and Octopus card-number reading as approved access methods.
LPR cameras capture vehicle plates for access checks, with lighting support for the intended operating environment.
A parking group can associate several registered vehicles with one allocated space, according to property rules.
Barrier safety and driver assistance
02Barrier controllers can reverse the gate when an obstacle is detected.
Infrared photocell sensors provide an additional input for vehicle-presence and obstruction checks.
A visual intercom station lets authorised staff communicate with a driver and review the related entry or exit image.
Parking administration and system records
03The web dashboard records vehicle movements, transactions, payment methods and fee information for authorised staff.
The software can be configured for local or cloud deployment, approved online or offline charging arrangements, and authorised fee waivers at the control point.
Configured App, web, SMS or email alerts can notify administrators of selected system events.
Service availability, monitoring and support commitments should be defined in the deployment agreement.
