Keep location and listing information connected while visitors narrow a shortlist. The concept follows one browsing journey into detail and side-by-side comparison.

Why these design choices?
Connect the selected location
A proposed map selection should identify the matching list item. The list must remain usable without the map.
Compare like with like
Comparison rows need consistent labels and units. Missing information should be shown as unknown rather than treated as zero.

Clear information. A considered next step.
Use clear sans-serif labels for listing facts and distinguish values from their units. Keep long location names readable without shrinking the entire card.
Group each listing’s image and facts. On mobile, give the map and list separate usable space rather than compressing a desktop split view.

Why should a property comparison show missing information explicitly?
A blank cell can mean unavailable information, a feature that does not apply or a loading problem. An explicit label avoids treating those cases as equivalent. Listing accuracy still depends on the source and update process.
